I am a small business, which means if you see a small imperfection in your plant and ask for a refund it hurts me, my family and our household income. It is usually very slight, but it will happen. Your plant will stress during shipping. I do not focus on the perfection of the leaves, but more on the healthy root system and strong plants.
They have an occasional bite from a caterpillar, a snag from a nearby plant, etc. This means however, none of my plants are "picture perfect". I grow all my plants outside as Key West weather and humidity is perfect for them. I do not see your address before preparing my shipment so please make sure you order a heat pack if you need one!!
